 Hi, I'm Annabel.

 I offer professional, compassionate online counselling for adults navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, relationship issues, grief, and major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the future, therapy can be a space to feel heard, understood, and supported as you explore what’s going on and begin to move forward.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to your individual needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques. I create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk freely, reflect on your experience, and begin to make meaningful changes in your life.

These experiences can be painful and isolating, and I offer a supportive, confidential space to help you process them and find your way through with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Alongside my private practice, I’ve provided counselling in local hospices, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult moments. My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences, always with sensitivity, care, and deep respect for each person’s story.
